FAQ Payments

Once your shopping bag is full of all the items you want to purchase, you can check out by accessing your bag in the top-right corner of the screen. You will also be given the option to ‘Go to Checkout' in a pop-up window after you have successfully added an item to your bag.

After you click ‘Confirm Order’ during the checkout process and your payment is successfully received, you will get a confirmation email from ᑌᕼᑌᑎᑎƳ. If you checked out with your account, you can also check the status of your order by logging into your account dashboard here. Click on ‘My Order History’ to review all your orders.  If you checked out as a guest, you can still check out your order status by logging into the Guest Order View Portal here

Occasionally we may do promotions which require you to put in the code at the shopping cart. You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. If it still doesn’t work, it’s possible that the code is expired.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and ᑌᕼᑌᑎᑎƳ store credit. We take your payment security very seriously so be assured that your details are safe with us.
We do not accept payment via cheque or Cash On Delivery.
We take fraud very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and your card issuer.

Select ‘Paypal Express Checkout’ under ‘Payment method’ then click ‘Submit Order’. You will be redirected to the PayPal website.
On the PayPal website there will be two options: (1) have a PayPal account or (2) don’t have a PayPal account.
If you select ‘don’t have a PayPal account’, enter your credit/debit card details or bank transfer details.
If the payment is successful, you will be redirected to the order confirmation screen and given your new ᑌᕼᑌᑎᑎƳ order number.

ᑌᕼᑌᑎᑎƳ defaults to Australian Dollars, but offers you the option to shop either in Australian Dollars or United States Dollars. To switch between the two currencies, simply toggle the country icon at the top of the page (or the top of the left side menu on mobiles)

The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.

Please note that we do not make any guarantees or promises about the current exchange rate or what you will be charged by your bank. That is out of our control.

Buying a ᑌᕼᑌᑎᑎƳ gift certificate for someone is so easy! Simply use the page here to add a voucher to your cart and check out.
The voucher will be sent immediately and the code never expires.
To use a voucher, enter the code you received into the relevant field at check out.

If you or the gift voucher recipient have not received the email containing the gift voucher code, please contact our Customer Care team here and we will sort it out ASAP!

Store credit can be issued to accounts. If your ᑌᕼᑌᑎᑎƳ account has credit on it, make sure you are logged in when you check out. Under ‘Payment Method’ on the checkout page, you will have the option to apply your credit to the order!
You will be prompted for another payment method if your store credit doesn’t cover the entire value of the order.
If you forget to apply your store credit to your order and your credit card or PayPal was charged instead, please contact our Customer Care team here

You can check the balance available on your gift card by entering in your gift card code in the “Check voucher balance” box at the bottom of the Shopping Bag page here and Checkout page.
